Description

Key Responsibilities

Erect scaffolding systems based on project specifications and site assessments.
Inspect locations, evaluate load capacity, and assemble pipes, boards, clamps, and safety components correctly.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure stability, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Dismantle scaffolding safely upon project completion.
Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and construction workers to maintain efficient work progress.
Follow safety procedures strictly to reduce risks and ensure safe working conditions at heights.

Strong understanding of scaffold structures, load calculations, and height-safety principles.
Experience with various scaffolding systems such as tube-and-clamp and modular platforms.
Ability to read instructions, use tools effectively, and complete tasks with precision.
Physical fitness, balance, and the ability to work under demanding outdoor conditions.
Knowledge of safety standards and possession of relevant certifications or training.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges.
